Digi Pack
For the digi pack, I first created a mock design in order for me to gain an insight into how the product looked once completed and what changes needed to be made in order for it to fit my genre. The below six panel design is the mock up that was created. The images used were mainly from google images or from the band site.
Steps taken for construction of digi pack
As you can see below this is my finished digi pack design. It follows the same sort of theme as the back cover of the mock up design that was created. The black and white colour scheme was used to create a brand identity between my media product so that the audience could create links between the music video, digi pack as well as the music magazine advert. The back cover on my mock up also gave me ideas and locations where I could create the same type of picture for my digi pack, shown bottom right.
The final digipack that i created is shown below. I have taken images used in the music video which is shown at the bottom of the page to create links with the audience and also to establish my brand identity. The colour scheme is also the same in which the effect is a greyscale or black and white effect.
The magazine advert that I wanted to create had to fit the same style as my digi pack and music video. This is the way that I wanted to attract my audience. The mock up design that was created had links to the mock up of the digi pack shown above. The below image is the mock up created for a magazine advert for The Drums. I used images collected from google in order to produce this mock up. The curtain opening suggests a performance and this also is a link with the music video.
After I had done my mock up I knew what would look right and what would not fit the genre that I aimed at. The finished design is much different as i decided not to use the curtain but instead to use a image that linked with the music video. The image is of the main artist of my band in which I gave it a black and white effect to convey age.
The image to the left will be our the finished music magazine advert. It follows the same design and colour pallete as my music video and the digi pack.

This is my finished music video. It follows the same style as the digi pack and magazine advert as it is set in black and white.
